Easybrise provides administrative support services for business formation and compliance filings. Because filings involve government agencies and third-party providers, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed.
What's Refundable
- Orders canceled before documents are submitted to the state (processing fee may apply)
- State filing rejected by the state authority (only if rejection is not due to client-provided information)
- Prepaid annual services that have not yet been delivered (prorated where applicable)
What's Not Refundable
- Government filing fees, state fees, or third-party charges once submitted
- Services already completed or filings already processed
- EIN applications after submission to the IRS
- Delays caused by government processing timelines
- Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer
