This guide walks you through using Easybrise end to end — creating your account, choosing a plan, submitting your company details, what happens after payment, and how to track everything from your dashboard until your US company is fully formed. No US address, SSN, or travel required.

    Before You Start

You only need three things to begin: a valid passport, an email address you check regularly, and a rough idea of what your business will do. Everything else — the registered agent, the state filing, the document preparation — is handled inside the platform. Easybrise is a business formation and administrative support provider; we do not provide legal, tax, banking, or investment services.

    • A valid passport (any nationality)
    • An email address you monitor for updates
    • A short description of your business activity
    • A preferred company name (plus one backup)
    • A payment method for the plan and state fees

    Step-by-Step: Sign-Up to Formation

    1

    Create Your Account

Start from the Get Started page and register with your email address. Verify your email so we can send filing updates and document notifications. You can create the account before deciding on a plan or a state.

    2

    Choose Your Plan

Compare the available plans on the pricing page and pick the one that matches how much support you want. Every plan includes state filing preparation and a registered agent; higher tiers add EIN assistance, compliance monitoring, and banking-readiness support.

    3

    Select Entity Type and State

Choose between an LLC and a C-Corp, then select your formation state. Wyoming, Delaware, and New Mexico are the most common choices for international founders. State fees are shown separately from the plan price before checkout.

    4

    Submit Your Company Details

Enter your company name (and a backup), member or shareholder details, ownership split, business activity, and contact address. Names must match your passport exactly — this consistency matters later for EIN and bank verification.

    5

    Complete Payment

Pay the plan price plus the official state filing fee. State fees are passed through at cost. You will receive a receipt by email and your dashboard unlocks immediately after payment is confirmed.

    6

    Name Check and State Filing

We check name availability in your chosen state, prepare the Articles of Organization or Incorporation, and submit them to the state. If your first choice is unavailable, we contact you before filing.

    7

    Receive Formation Documents

Once the state approves your filing, your stamped formation certificate and supporting documents are uploaded to your dashboard document vault.

    8

    EIN and Post-Formation Support

If your plan includes EIN assistance, we prepare and submit Form SS-4 documentation. The EIN itself is issued directly by the IRS to the business owner. From there you can move on to banking and payment processing.

Typical timeline: state approval in 1-5 business days with expedited processing, then 4-6 weeks for EIN issuance by the IRS for founders without an SSN or ITIN. Processing times are set by the state and the IRS, not by Easybrise.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Common Mistakes to Avoid

    • Entering a name that does not match your passport exactly, which causes EIN and bank verification delays
    • Using an email address you rarely check, so filing questions go unanswered
    • Describing the business activity vaguely, then giving a different description to the bank or Stripe later
    • Skipping the backup company name, which stalls filing if the first choice is taken
    • Assuming the EIN arrives with the state certificate — it is issued separately by the IRS
